Nueva Tierra arises in the search to create a new brand. Which offers new experiences of smells and flavors. This from everything that the earth gives us, since this is where our agave grows, absorbs nutrients and everything begins. This is why Nueva Tierra, in addition to being a mezcal with excellent characteristics, is an offering to the land that saw it born.
A flavor for everione, same tradition
We seek to create a mezcal for demanding tastes, but at the same time, an inclusive mezcal for new consumers of this drink. A mezcal that, from the first sip, offers the essence of all the tradition behind its process. But that can be perceived smooth on the palate, with sweet and smoky notes. Nueva Tierra is a fresh and jovial brand that maintains the balance between all this and the tradition that mezcal entails.
Our mezcal
A young mezcal, made in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. Following the 100% handmade tradition during the process. Maguey or agave espadín, from 9 to 11 years of maturation. Cooked for 3 to 5 days in a conical stone oven, heated with wood. Ground in "tahoma" or stone mill and with a double distillation in a copper still. Resulting in a mezcal with sweet and smoky notes, woody aromas of cooked maguey, at 38° alcohol, soft on the palate.
Our Philosophy
Nueva Tierra is a mezcal that seeks to captivate consumers from the first drink, a pleasant flavor that is memorable. A mezcal that intends to maintain and respect the ancestral traditions of elaboration, that seeks to thank and value the hands involved in its creation. An offering to the land that saw him born. For demanding tastes, connoisseurs, but pleasant for new consumers.
